Facebook is letting me make friends again. It banned me for four days. Apparently I was making to many friends.

17.11.11: Started a Facebook page to network the project. I hate the facebook layout it so difficult to navigate. Like a teenagers messy bedroom. Started making lots of friends then facebook bans me for four days !!!! A site dedicated to making friends doesn't want me to make friends. Bizarre.

17.11.11: As promised macfixer fixed the mac. Back on track.

16.11.11: Just preparing to printing out some more letters to send out when the clicking hard drive on one of the macs finally gives up. Most is backed up. Spoke macfixer explaining the urgent need to get it sorted he makes time an will fix it tonight. Great.

20.5.11: Contact is made with Cancer Research. They offer to give their support and believe the project is a very original way to raise awareness and funds.

2.5.11: Research begins to put together a list of potential portrait subjects for the project.

Body Of Art

This week sees the launch of the 'Body Of Art' project. To find out more about the project and how the abstract portraits are raising funds for Cancer Research visit the website www.bodyofart.info.

The dramatic clouds create beautiful pools of light and dark on the surface of the water.

Exhibition at Worthing Museum.

News: Some images from the on-going 'Waterborn" series are now exhibiting at Worthing museum and Art Gallery as part of the OPEN 11 Exhibition. They are on display from the 17th of June until the 24th of September.

A perfect day. Great south westerly and lots of sun and broken cloud.

Here is a taster. There are around 50 good shots from today.

Late in the day yesterday.

Man with two dogs. Graded in Lightroom to accentuate the blues and browns. I wanted to give it a "Bleach by pass" look.

26.02.11. Taken around 18.30. A series of four. The last one is taken looking North East. I like the clouds in this one. Red filter. Lightroom grading.

12.02.11. The same kite surfer was having a great time. A couple of shots with a warmer grading.

4.02.11.  It was a perfectly windy day for the kite and windsurfers. Though not so great for photographers, It was actually a very grey day. Lightroom worked its magic again. It is so fast and easy to grade with. Like grading moving film in telecine.
